I am a ways from spending a lot of time on my '70 GS, but I have a complete rebuilt '70 GS 455, with mods, and two more complete '70 cores, and a new set of Edelbrock heads for further refinement. I put in a full 12 point cage, and back halfed it with a 9" narrowed rear, for the previous owner, then he bailed on the project and left me with it as payment. That's as far as I got. I got it essentially for nothing (what's my time really worth???) and stored it for the time being, but I will get back to it.
