Ive never seen a BAD miller TIG, but those small machines are limited to about 3/16" thick material
the best advice I can give is drive on over to your local MILLER and LINCOLN and HTP dealers and take the time/effort to discuss your needs and their equipment capabilities

110,115, 120 volt listings are all similar and will work almost ,interchangeably, its the same basic thing, most common house wall outlets vary between about 110-118 volts
youll also see 220-230 volts listed, a 220 volt outlet has two 110-115 legs and a common neutral or ground leg
