Ive yet to see one of those systems yet., but from experience in the past using several stand alone ECU controllers I can tell you its the wiring harness, sensors,gauges and detailed instructions, tech support guys, that will make or break the conversion.
don,t get all focused into the ease of tuning, alone because once you get the base map you do a few tweaks and your in the ball park in most cases, its the durability and ease of diagnosing problems thats the key and if you need all new sensors and gauges installed to get it to function, in your application because the cost of the new sensors,adapters wire harness and gauges could easily cost more than the ecu

be aware that youll need to ask lots of questions, before you purchase any efi control unit, because,
in most cases the current cars EFI system and GAUGES, and possibly the transmission, shift points
are all controlled by the ECU, and, the supplied wiring harness (if its even supplied) won,t function in your application, as most basic harnesses are extremely short, and many systems WON,T BE 100% compatible, and it does you little good to have the engine controls without the transmission and gauges working in unison, with the ecu, or if you need all new sensors and gauges installed to get it to function, in your application because the cost of the new sensors,adapters wire harness and gauges could easily cost more than the ecu
