Unforgiven

solid fixture here in the forum

Tell him I ported the heads and intake myself.
Learned from Chad Spiers and guys on Facebook. Tell him its runs Awesome. Entire build in video description.

well it certainly sound rather impressive,
but he should have included at least a brief burn-out and driving video,
as that small added touch might be even more impressive.

for those members that never owned or drove one

Grumpy, The video was from Brian.
That was the engine he had been working on and posting about.
He wanted to make sure that you seen it completed.
I think he did a hell of a good job on it.

Been so long I don't remember how to post pictures without a hosting site.
Does crazy burnouts .
3rd Gear High Turbo 400 with the 3.23 Posi Pontiac 9.3 diff.

Lol Jim.
Want to Grumpy my Burnouts recent on my Private Farmhouse Road.
I actually own it part of the 5-acre Lot !

I just bought a car today from the same place that now owns the GP above. He wants $66,450

That is a Crazy Price Richard.
It was low cost fun the Early Pontiac Widetracks prior.
$500-15,000 tops to get into as long as not a 1959-1963 SD421.
1963 SD421 Swiss Cheese frame Aluminum everywhere one of the 8-13 made most valuable like $2 million something.

yeah, several factory racing teams (TWEAKED/CHEATED) , "it was a rather tongue in cheek"
(yeah its nearly stock) when winning races on the weekends ,
usually resulted in more car sales the following week, back in the muscle car era.
I remember well a magazine test of a factory stock (389) 1964 GTO,
that ran almost a 1/2 second faster in a 1/4 mile
than joe average buyer could get one to do...
it was revealed about a few years later that stock 389 was.. in reality,
a higher compression 428 HO, or something similar that had mysteriously gotten swapped into the car by accident.

Pretty sure it had the 421 Super Duty 980 heads used.
Seen close up photos of that press car 1964 GTO.
Unfortunately not on the Internet.
Sceen shot one from Facebook Pontiac group.
Zoomed in on heads engine, almost positively sure SD421 .
You ever see recall the Huge Burnouts from the closed road race course from that car !
500 Hp at least, Super Duty 421 !

These are great stories! Keep them coming!
Pontiac was the Street Outlaws early years GM.
Chevy didn't have the 396 BB Ready, 425 Hp Corvette Beast 1965 year.

Inside politics Corvette had to be #1.
Top Brass Orders.
SD421 Shut down in January 1963.
1 More built for a Pikes Peak Racer with 5.86 diff gears.
