My check engine light on my 96 LT-4 always come on within 24 hours after I get caught driving in the rain. I disconnect the negative terminal on the battery to fix this. Now it came back on while in the dry weather. Is there a dianostic tool that I can buy to tell me what codes are causing this, without having to go back to the dealer?
