Courtesy Lights are always on

My 91 Coupe the courtesy lights just came on yesterday and won't go off!
I jacked the car up and put on jack stands to change the fuel filter and clean both front wheels
and when I put it back on the ground the lights would not go off! So I'm thinking it's
probably a ground problem! Can anyone help me find the ground wires that I should check?
or any other things to check!

The lights in the door panels are also switches, on some year corvettes. Push them, see if they move, but be aware the door needs to be shut and theres a delay timer. on/Off
course, if you don't know which side is on then there's some trial and
error to figure it out, complicated even more by the delay timer.
Quite annoying. It caused a few dead batteries
it sounds like a good multi-meter , and test clips are what you need now
