does anyone have an old scroungy or single tall cast BBC valve cover available ,
they might donate or sell cheap?
It would be a big waste to cut up good valve covers,
any brand or type , it is not critical
as long as its a tall cast aluminum valve cover for a big block chevy
Id like to find one at a good price to modify for valve adjustment use,
I find if I lend them out occasionally they disappear,
never too return and I,m currently in need of one,AGAIN.
one reason I tend too visit flea markets and larger car shows,
local car shows ,yard sales and swap meets,
you can occasionally find single or used pairs of valve covers,
in crappy condition very reasonably priced, and rarely tool sets
, blocks ,intake manifolds, old distributors etc,very reasonably priced
