Ok, hopefully this question isn’t too stupid.
Is there such a thing as a vinyl conditioning product that will help (in some small way) to soften vinyl covered interior parts in late ‘60’s and ‘70’s domestic cars?
Today I leaned into my ‘68 to put the top down, not thinking I pressed against the dash with my hand and heard it crack. This car has survived this long in pretty dam good condition and I’m concerned about keeping it that way. I know there are products for newer cars to protect against UV and drying out but I’m not sure if something exists out there for older cars?
Anything?
