there's several upcoming 2nd amendment related cases now in the STATE SUPREME COURTS AND SCOTUS..


any politician DUMB ENOUGH or CORRUPT ENOUGH to try to get you to believe,
he's DOING SOMETHING USEFUL, in the fight against CRIMINALS, and CRIME!
by outlawing possession of an inanimate object like a firearm,
and restricting the rights of the united states citizens...
is beyond simply STUPID, he should be in an ASYLUM for the mentally CHALLENGED!
there's only one main reason for the second AMENDMENT!
its so HONEST citizens can protect themselves from ..
CRIMINALS, and CORRUPT POLITICIANS
(YES THATS ALMOST REDUNDANT!)
The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution states,
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,
the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"

outlawing guns to reduce crime is likely to be as effective as outlawing flies to prevent garbage

eventually even liberals SHOULD come to the obvious conclusion,
most of us have long held,
that crime is almost exclusively caused by CRIMINALS
you can't blame a secondary factor for the initial result
that's like blaming FLYS for producing GARBAGE
CRIMINALS cause CRIME,
they have been doing that,
long before KNIVES, let alone firearms were invented
people killed others with rocks or clubs
there's a very small minority of the population,
that thinks anything they do to gain material goods,from others,
or force those weaker than they are to submit is just fine!

and there's hundreds of other similar rifles like the AK SK, FAL, rifles being sold in similar numbers
a reasonable estimate is over 4-5 million similar semi auto rifles, of all types in total ,
have been sold every year for DECADES
and absurdly small percentage are mis-used

using liberal logic we should outlaw auto transmissions in cars,
as statistically a huge majority of violent criminals ,
drive cars with automatic transmissions
