there's several upcoming 2nd amendment related cases now in the STATE SUPREME COURTS AND SCOTUS..


any politician DUMB ENOUGH or CORRUPT ENOUGH to try to get you to believe,
he's DOING SOMETHING USEFUL, in the fight against CRIMINALS, and CRIME!
by outlawing possession of an inanimate object like a firearm,
and restricting the rights of the united states citizens...
is beyond simply STUPID, he should be in an ASYLUM for the mentally CHALLENGED!
there's only one main reason for the second AMENDMENT!
its so HONEST citizens can protect themselves from ..
CRIMINALS, and CORRUPT POLITICIANS
(YES THATS ALMOST REDUNDANT!)
The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution states,
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State,
the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"

outlawing guns to reduce crime is likely to be as effective as outlawing flies to prevent garbage
