Plugs look damn good.

Yes, that plug looks good in the photo.

Dynomation defaults to AFR of 8.3 for Best Power on E85.

Ok, I can type in the values then for the graph.

.
Is this what you were wanting Unforgiven ???

Simulation 12 was used with 870 cfm.

Yes.. The over lay shows real world compared to the simulator.
I think there are way too many variables involved to have the simulator
develope the same output as the real dyno numbers.
But... using the C85 fuel is going to help produce more power also.

Dynomation shows a need for a higher cfm induction system. Below is the same engine, only it
went from 870 cfm to 1500 cfm. Also Dynomation is showing the HP increasing until about
6800 rpm.

I think once the I get the belt to stop slipping, the curve will look alot smoother. But.... I think the blower is all done around 5500-6000 also.
I got those cfm's from the holley site. Dont know if the blower ratio has anything to do with it (2.45%) . Also I have hogged out darn near 1/2" from the runners ...that should allow more charge to be packed into the cylinders also ..don't you think?
The Sniper is of the 550-512 model

I emailed Larry Atherton of Motion Software to see what input he could provide. He had a couple of questions ......

Was your engine instrumented with temp sensors in the intake manifold/port runners? What was the ambient temp in the dyno room?

To confirm, he wanted to know what the belt ratio was? I think you said it was 2.45 during the dyno test..... right?

no....the ECU fuel delivery is temp controlled by water temps, boost and timing and A/F.
ambient temp in room was 77*
2.45% was the belt ratio.

I talked with Steve today about the AFR'S .
He stated that The AFR readings on the dyno screen were not correct because the dyno was not hooked up for afr.
The Sniper was controlling the AFRs, and is on the E85 scale.
The engine is tuned power RICH.

This with 2 fingers of JD after removing 8 inches of snow from the driveway Ahhhhhh!

Relax and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Nice music, but I have to wonder if there is something in the song title that you are trying to say about Unforgiven ?:)

YEP ! He needs a drink and time to relax!!! Wait until next season and give it hell !! All out BTTW or go bust !!

Correct !! Now if I could just grow a pair I'd be a real man and drive that truck for him !!

That is if he let me.

My only concerns with mud running is upside down in water. BTDT and it weren't fun trying to get out blinded by the mud. Followed the bubbles up.

Yea trying to figure out abbreviations is a bitch as they mean different things in different areas of the U.S. I'm a logger !!

Yepper--when people talk like that---I walk away so they can talk to themselves and see if they respond.
