Things do seem slow
I need to raise some money by the 21st. I forgot about an art college auction this month and there will be some great pieces equally great prices for buying. I'm kicking myself for not planning ahead. I hope I can get rid of a couple cars supper fast without giving them away. I don't have time to take them to auction and get paid in time.
Wife won't let me use "our money" or lend me anything, even though I have an impeccable record for making big money in collector old school art.
I hope Trump can turn the nation's real estate market around. Interest rates are still historically low but nobody is buying the higher upper middle class homes, only entry level homes are selling. What happened to all the people wanting to move up in the world? We are still sitting on our last home since the buyer's mortgage didn't go through, tough paying on 2 mortgages a month, nearly impossible to rent the thing too. Consumer confidence must get much stronger, that's where I hope Trump can draw upon his experience.
