You did a great job with that head porting.
But talk about valve shrouding!
It looks like Pontiac created a cave for those valves to reside in.
I see you were generous with the bowl hog. No choice here.
Everything I learned from Chad, Darin Morgan, Richard Katterjohn a SD455 Super Stock Pontiac Racer with a 1982 Trans Am, Scott Foxwell, Brent Miller in Pennsylvania, Michael Miroux, & many more the Pontiac Chambers should not work as well as they do stock.
I did careful deburr the sharp edges like Grumpy taught me here.
Polished with Medium grit 120 cross buffs from Abrasive standards.
Cross buffed the exhaust ports so carbon would not stick easy.
Intake ports finished with 80 grit sanding rolls like Grumpy taught.
I wanted to do the Chad Burr finish.
Only 1 friend in Texas can sort of replicate.
Chad has video out he shows how he does it with a Carbide but in A Makita Electric die grinder.
Electric is out choice 1st Porting now.
What I used too but a Milwaukee M12 Cordless I bought just for, 1st to try out suceed with.
It's pure Art Magic how Chad Spuer does it.
The way his human brain is wired to his Hands Porting !
