I may be on/off the forum for the next few days, my wife had some kind of seizure maybe a stroke etc.
she's in the hospital as a result, their doing tests, and their not telling me much as to the cause or
the shorter term or potential long term results :sad:
 
thank you gentlemen ! there's no info on the cause or permanent damage if any yet,
they are keeping her sedated and doing lots of tests.
well she's still being sedated, there's been a few dozen tests with no reason yet for the seizure
and her total confusion, (she does not seem to recognize where she's at or ME! yet, we have a few other doctors & testing scheduled)
the good news is they see no evidence of a stroke or heart attack, shes e not running a temp and her white blood cell counts normal as is her blood pressure etc.) frustrating as they are having trouble locating the cause
yes she's nearly 74, but that alone is not a reason

shes coming around slowly, she now at least recognises me, but shes not completely ok yet
the doctors are rather sure she will make a complete recovery given some time and proper care
 
lets hope things continue to improve, for a few days it looked like I might lose her :sad: :crying:
 
Oh my gosh, thats so scary! I hope she continues to get better!
We will keep her in our prayers for a speedy and full recovery!

recovery is very slow , theres some progress but issues continue`
hopefully she will make progress
 
she's back in the hospital, due to complications...
she again, had a episode where she failed to recognize anyone she knows,
I hope they can improve things!
 
I hope everything is going to go well, but the doctors are not really telling me much.
